Mineral Survey Patent #1875 is comprised of approximately 1215.216 acres and Mineral Survey Patent #1144 is comprised of approximately 763.31 acres. These properties are fee simple patented private property which means that both land and minerals are owned by Lohman Mining and Commercial Inc.
